Refund Policy

This policy governs all courses and multi-course programs. All refund requests must be submitted via the official refund request form.

Registration fees are non-refundable

We charge a $250 registration fee for each course. Students who enroll and complete a multi-course program do not need to pay the registration fee when they re-enroll for courses. If students cancel a program, they are responsible for the registration fees per course completed and, if relevant, any courses started.

Individual Course Enrollment

Individual course fees are $1,750. This does not include the $250 registration fee. Refunds are applied to the course fee only. Refund eligibility and amount is determined by the date the refund request form is submitted.

Program Enrollment

By enrolling in a multi-course program, students enjoy a lower per course fee and are exempt from paying the registration fee when they re-enroll for courses. When a student cancels a program, they are no longer eligible for the lower per course fee and are no longer exempt from the registration fee when re-enrolling. Cancelled programs are refunded at the Individual Course rate.

Between courses	Completed courses charged at the individual rate of $2,000 each ($1,750 plus $250 registration fee). Remainder refunded.
During a course (Weeks 1-3)	Completed courses charged at $2,000 each. The in-progress course charged at 10% / 20% / 30% of $1,750 by week, plus its $250 registration fee. Remainder refunded.
During a course (Week 4+)	The in-progress course counts as completed and is charged at $2,000.
All courses completed	No refund.

No refund.

Payment Plans

The same refund policy applies to students on payment plans. Scheduled payments continue until IO has collected the amount owed. Any overage will be refunded and remaining payments are cancelled.

Postponement

A program student may postpone their enrollment to the next quarter once per program. No refund is issued - any amount paid is held as credit and applied to the returning quarter. Students on a payment plan continue making payments during the postponement. After returning, the standard refund policy applies.
