Building Blocks (3 Months)

Our foundational music production course, Building Blocks, is perfect for students looking to jump into music production for the first time or self-taught music makers seeking structure and professional guidance.

In this 3-month course, you'll participate in engaging, interactive classes focused on the essentials of producing music using Ableton Live, the industry-standard software for producers worldwide. From creating your first beat to understanding song structure and music theory, you'll learn how to build tracks from scratch—even if you've never used music production software.

Making Waves (3 Months)

In this intermediate-level course, you'll dive deep into the rich history of sampling and remixing before exploring modern techniques that will help you create unique tracks. Whether you're interested in remixing songs, flipping samples, or working with acapellas, Making Waves will teach you the skills to produce polished remixes and inspired edits.

In this course, you’ll learn how to source and warp audio samples, chop and manipulate material, and produce remixes that stand out. By the end of the program, you’ll have a thorough understanding of how to manipulate samples in Ableton Live and will have completed your own remixes.
